Cancellation Policy

All deposit amounts will be applied to the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due in person after the service is completed. I accept cash, Zelle, or credit card for your convenience 🤍 CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to me directly at least 24 hours beforehand. You can contact me via text message or telephone call at (703) 851-6946. Alternatively, you can use the link sent to you via text message after scheduling to cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. LATE POLICY: I understand delays happen, so I offer a 15 minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it's considered a no-show & 100% of the scheduled services will be charged, unless I can reschedule the appointment to a later time the same day. NO CALL/NO SHOW: I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, missed appointments affect our team and other clients. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full amount of the services will be charged to your account. To avoid unnecessary charges, please contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule if your plans change.
